  1. Bring water to boil in sauce pan, turn off heat, gently place Eggs in water, boil again
  2. Cook Eggs 6.5 min exactly
  3. Remove Eggs and place in ice bath for 5 min
  4. Remove shells and add Eggs to Marinade in the refrigerator for for 12 - 24 hours

Finish

  1. Remove Eggs from Marinade, these will last up to 4 days
