Ingredients
Chickpeas
- 2 ea Chickpeas, 15 oz. cans
- 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Seasoning
- ½ t Rosemary
- ¼ t Lemon Zest
Dry Seasoning
- 1 T Sumac
- 1 t Paprika, smoked
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Sea Salt
- ½ t Onion Powder
- ½ t Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ t Black Pepper
Instructions
Prep
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, line sheet tray with parchment or mat
- Rinse, drain, and dry chickpeas
- Mix Fresh Seasoning and Dry Seasoning in separate bowls
Cook
- Mix Chickpeas in large bowl, add Dry Seasoning and mix
- Spread on sheet tray and bake for 60 min, mixing every 15 min
Finish
- Mix with Fresh Seasoning and serve immediately, or store at room temp up to 3 days
