- 1 # Cashews
- 1 # Almonds
- 1 # Peanuts
- 1 # Pecans
- ½ # Pepitas
- ½ # Hazelnuts
Egg Whites
Spices
- ½ c. Butter, unsalted and melted
- ½ c. Sugar
- ¼ c. Dark Brown Sugar, packed
- 1½ T Cayenne Pepper
- 1½ T Salt
- 2 t Cinnamon
- 2 t Rosemary, chiffonade
- ½ t Black Pepper
- ½ t Cumin
- ¼ t Ginger, ground
- ¼ t Nutmeg, ground
Instructions
Prep
- Preheat the oven to 325°F, line sheet tray with parchment or mat
- Combine all Spices together
- Toss Spices with Nuts to coat evenly
Cook
- Whisk Egg Whites until nearly stiff, fold into Nuts
- Bake until dry and crisp, 30 min
Finish
- Let cool and serve
