- 2 c Basil Leaves
- ⅓ c Pine Nuts, toasted
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 1 ea Garlic Clove, optionally roasted
Seasoning
- ⅓ c Parmesan Cheese, grated
- TT Salt & Black Pepper
Oil
- ½ c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Prep
- Add Main ingredients to processor and pulse until finely minced, stopping to scrape sides
Cook
- Run processor and slowly pour Oil until desired consistency
- Add Seasoning until desired flavor, only mixing minimally to incorporate seasoning
Finish
- Use immediately or store covered in refrigerator up to 1 week
