- 2 c. Basil Leaves
- ⅓ c. Pine Nuts, toasted
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 1 ea. Garlic Clove, optional roasted
Seasoning
- ⅓ c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- ½ c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- TT Salt
- TT Black Pepper
Instructions
Prep
- Toast pine nuts
- Add all Main ingredients to processor and pulse until finely minced, stopping to scrape sides
Cook
- Run processor and slowly pour oil until desired consistency
- Add cheese and season until desired flavor, only mixing minimally to incorporate seasoning
Finish
- Store by refrigerating for up to 1 week
