- Chanterelles, fermière
- Hedgehog, fermière
- Porcini, fermière
- Shiitake, fermière
- Oyster, fermière
- Maitake
- Brown Beech
- Cremini, quartered
Aromatics
- 4 T Butter
- 1 ea Shallot, concasser
- 5 cl Garlic, crushed
- 1 bu Thyme
- TT Salt & Black Pepper
Instructions
Prep
- Heat Aromatics in the skillet on medium-high
Cook
- Add Mushrooms, covered, and cook until moisture is evaporated
- Remove Aromatics continue cooking until toasted
Finish
- Remove and use immediately, or optionally create a pan sauce
