- ¼ bu. Basil, Thai or regular
- ¼ bu. Cilantro

Instructions
Prep
- Freeze steak for 10-15 min. to make slicing easier, ideal is ¹⁄₁₆”
- Bring water to boil in first sauce pan
- Bring broth to boil in second sauce pan
Cook
- Cook noodles according to instructions in first sauce pan

- Add Sauces and Toppings to bowl, pour over boiling broth
