- 1 c. Vinegar, red wine, apple cider, or white
- ½ c. Sugar
- 1 T Black Peppercorn
- 1 T Salt
Onions
- 2 ea. Red Onions, julienne
- 1 sp. Thyme

Prep
- Prepare all ingredients, place Onions in deli container
Cook
- Bring Pickle ingredients to boil in sauce pan to dissolve, pour over Onions
Finish
- Sit for at least 30 minutes before use, or store refrigerated indefinitely
