- 3 cl. Garlic, crushed and germ removed
- 1 ea. Red Bell Pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded
- 2 ea. Egg Yolk
- 1 pn. Saffron
- ½ t. Cayenne
- 1 t Lemon Juice
- ¼ c. Parsley
Oil
- ½ t Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Finish
- ¼ c. Breadcrumbs, toasted
- TT Salt
- TT Black Pepper
Instructions
Prep
- Roast bell pepper over flame, wrap to steam, peel and seed
- Mince Main ingredients without yolks and a little bit of the oil in processor
Cook
- Add yolks and run the processor while slowly adding Oil until thickened
- Add Finish ingredients and mix
Finish
- Use or store refrigerated up to 5 days
