- ¼ c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Seasoning
Liquids
- 2 T Citrus Juice, see notes
- ½ t Citrus Zest
- 1 T Vinegar, see notes
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
Instructions
Prep
- Macerate Aromatics in Liquids for 10 min.
Cook
- Blend and slowly add Oil to emulsify, adding Seasoning at the end
Finish
- Use immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days - mix again before use
