- 2 T Basil Pesto
- 1 t Balsamic, glaze
Burrata
- 1 ea. Burrata, ball
- ¼ t Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- TT Salt
- TT Black Pepper

Prep
- Process Burrata in food processor until fluffy
Cook
- Cut tomatoes as thick as possible to get two slices each, season
Finish
- Plate bottom to top - tomato, burrata, pesto, balsamic
- Serve immediately
