- Preheat a griddle pan on medium-high heat
Cook
- Toast pistachio until golden brown and fragrant, set aside
- Lightly oil pan, cook little gem for 2 min until lightly charred - needs to keep shape
Finish
- Top with Toppings and serve immediately
