1 t Orange Liqueur, or vanilla extract
1 t Sugar
¼ t Nutmeg
1½ t Cinnamon
2 T Butter

4 ea. Brioche slices, day-old

Chantilly Cream

powdered sugar, to garnish
maple syrup, to drizzle on top

Whip Chantilly Cream until desired consistency, set aside.
Mix Batter completely

Cook

Heat butter on medium, start soaking bread in batter
Cook until brown
